Although we do our best in quality control to minimize size variations, there may be a size difference of 3 to 7 cm for clothing and 1 cm for shoes.

Please note that the color, size and style of products may vary slightly from the images on the website.

Delivery:

If you have ordered and have not collected the delivery before it is returned to us (within approximately 7 days), we will charge you 50% of the purchase price for the labor required to process the order.

If the shipment tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received your order, you must first contact the post office or other carrier and ask what has happened to your package. If the post office or other carrier indicates that the package was lost in transit, request official proof of loss and send it to us.

Right of withdrawal:

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Please note that underwear, face masks and beauty products cannot be returned.

Our return address is located in China.

ARTICLE 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel individual, national or order-specific purchase quantities.
