At Middleton Fashion, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to return the item. Please find our return policy below.

Return policy

You may return your item within 30 days of receipt. The item must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to request a return

To request a return, contact us at support@middleton-fashion.com and tell us your order number and the reason for the return. We will then check your order and give you instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your returned item, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will refund the purchase price via the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Defective or damaged items

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at support@middleton-fashion.com and send us a photo of the faulty or damaged item. We will replace the item or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.
